Are you overwhelmed by the amount of gaskets to choose from, afraid you will choose the wrong gasket for your unit? Have no fear, we are here to help! The easiest way to find the correct part is to locate the make, model and serial number. This is typically located on an inside wall of your unit. If you open up the door or pull out the drawers, you should see a plate or sticker that has that information on it.
From here you have a few options:
- You can then search the model number in the search bar on the upper right hand side of the site. For more precise searching, try putting quotation marks around your model number like this "TSSU-48". It is a good idea to compare the gasket profile and outside edge measurements to the current gasket.
- You can give us a call or chat with us online with this information and we can look up the part needed for your unit.
- If there is no data plate or it is difficult to read, we can make a custom gasket at no extra cost. You will want to match up the profile to your existing gasket. This is made easier with the help of a Gasket Ring. Once you have the profile needed, you will need to measure your gasket from outside edge to outside edge and round to the nearest 1/8". It is easiest to run the tape measure along the magnet from one welded corner to the other. Check out this video on how to measure. Give us a call with that info and we can take it from there.
